Melbourne modern is coming to Tauranga CBD! The proposed 9-storey retail, eatery, carparking, apartment and townhouse complex will be built on the intersections of Elizabeth Street, Devonport Road and 1st Ave. The $100 million building will house 73 apartments and 23 townhouses sitting above a 2 storey retail space which will include Farmers.

The retail area will also offer a strip of cafes and restaurants along Elizabeth Street with balconies that overlook the city centre. The move to include cafes and restaurants with retail allows shoppers to have a broader shopping experience.

This building will see Tauranga CBD exhibit levels of sophistication not seen in any other New Zealand city.
